Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning. A credit card number must be kept on file with our office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check. A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.
Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to open blocks on our booking calendar. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated. If you forego a deep clean at the time of your service, please note that it will take a few cleanings to confirm your ongoing maintenance needs. We ask for your patience while we learn how to best clean your home and assure you that our maintenance cleanings will address the areas in need of additional attention as quickly as possible. Some homes may be subject to a first-time cleaning fee. We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not a guarantee. Due to vacation, illness, or departure from the company, we may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner. If, due to the unique nature of your home, your service provider or providers are unable to complete your cleaning within the amount of time requested, we may call you to ask for authorization to spend more time cleaning your home. We will inform you of additional costs accordingly before proceeding with the work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees to the final price of cleanings considered as heavy or inappropriate to the description of the home submitted at booking. To be safe, always check the information you enter in the booking form and remember that in order for us to perform our job you should leave the place uncluttered.
To ensure quality service for all of our valued clients, we cannot specify exact arrival times. Arrival windows allow our professional cleaning specialists to handle all the variables of each day and each home without affecting the promises we make to you. The cleaning specialist(s) will arrive within the following timeframes:
After each cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to review the job on a scale from 1-10. Your rating will directly determine the compensation level for the cleaning specialist(s) assigned to your home. Please take a moment to offer your comments. We value your opinions, and your feedback is essential for us to improve our service and serve you better.
Since cleaning is a very personal and human service, we realize that occasionally an area may not be cleaned to your satisfaction. We will happily re-clean any area that you are not satisfied with. Just let us know of any issues or concerns within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will do our best to make it right.
We understand it may be necessary to reschedule on occasion. If it is necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service, we require a notice of two business days. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or if we cannot access your home, it will be necessary to charge you up to the full price of your cleaning. All future cleanings will remain unchanged. Please contact our office directly to make schedule changes. Schedule or service changes may not be made through your cleaning specialist. Recurring services are priced at a discounted rate. Should you choose to cancel recurring service after only one cleaning, please note that our regular One-Time Cleaning charges will apply.
We are bonded and insured. If anything is broken/lost when your cleaning occurs, notification must be made within 48 hours of service.
Please secure all pets in their travel crates or kennels. SCPS specialists will treat all pets with love and respect; however, we cannot be responsible for their escape.
For safety and insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. We will attempt to reach all visible areas with either an extension duster or vacuum extension. We cannot move items weighing more than 25 pounds. We cannot touch or move firearms to clean an area. Clients who own firearms should move them to an area we do not clean. We do not clean animal/human feces, urine, vomit, blood, or other similar bio-hazard materials. We do not use bleach, except for at the client’s request. Please note, we will not be responsible for damage it may cause. We clean “living space” only, which is the area in a home or facility that has air conditioning. We do not remove or haul away trash, debris or furniture unless the booking is a specialty service. This also applies to Post Construction Clean Up. Before we report to a new construction job site, all equipment, tools and/or debris must be removed. It is highly recommended that all work orders for construction have been completed before final clean up services have been provided. The final clean we provide is a very thorough and detailed deep clean in preparation for the new homeowners to move in. We place no guarantee on this type of service for the simple fact that most construction companies completely fail to adhere to this policy and usually have contactors working inside of the home while cleaners are attempting to clean it, as they clean some areas contractors create additional messes within areas of the home that the cleaning crew has already cleaned. We take no responsibility for the outcome of cleanings which fall under “NEW CONSTRUCTION”.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.
